Understanding the complexities with sourcing staff, interviewing, training, managing, overseeing rotas & discipline issues is not a simple task, and this is no more evident than within the Direct Payments structure. Our support brokerage offers a dedicated staff management plan where we, on a neutral basis, manage all aspects of our client's staff responsibilities.

Our fees are designed to reflect the ongoing needs of clients who choose to employ their own staff teams and take into account the significant changes taking place within the care sector. The move away from Social Services controlled packages, to packages controlled and maintained by service users themselves, brings direct responsibility in areas such as employer liability, staffing, health & safety and first aid training. We provide personalised services which meet legal requirements and help reassure our clients that their needs are fully met.
